Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hoffman, Hohbach, Knutson, and Ackman in attendance.

Reports: W/S: Dakota Pump has notified us that they don't feel a pipe at the lift station is in need of immediate repair. SPN will be dropping off sewer study reports within the next two weeks. Davison Rural Water will be implementing a $.15/gal increase effective with the January bill. At this time we will not pass the increase on the Letcher consumers.

Streets: Ackman will include a reminder to keep vehicles off the streets for snow removal, and of the public hearing to be held on January 5th, regarding petitioned street closures.

A motion by Knutson, 2nd Hoffman was made to approve the November minutes as read.

Ackman presented the board with financial reports that were approved with a motion by Knutson, 2nd Hoffman.

Old Business: None

New Business: Hoffman moved, 2nd Knutson to approve the following Liquor License requests: Buckshots Roadhouse RL 5293 and PL 4740, and Jake's Lounge RL 6200 and PL 4660.

The 2011 meeting dates will be as follows: January 5th, February 7th, March 7th, March 21st Equalization, April 4th, May 4th, June 6th, July 6th, August 3rd, September 7th, October 5ht, November 7th, and December 5th.
