Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Ackman and Hoffman in attendance.  F Binder and B McGinnis joined later for discussion on the water grant.

Reports: W/S Hohbach informed us that the hydrant is fixed.  Ackman shared the H&H report on the cleaning of the interior of the water tower and some patching that should be done in the spring.  The Categorical Exclusion Determination was received from DENR and needs to be published at the expense of the town.  McGinnis showed the board a rough draft of the cost to consumers if we proceed with the water replacement.  The matter was tabled for more information.

Grounds: The moving of the old bathroom at the Rossy park site was discussed.

Streets: The closing of Iowa crossing was discussed.  It was decided that with the purchase of the county truck we will attempt to do our own snow removal, at the rate of $20/hr from T&T Services.  The town will maintain and insure the truck and pay for labor only.  Linke will be used as a backup.

Violations:  The board discussed the process of two property owners currently with the lawyer.
