Resolution # 2009-5

Now therefore be it resolved by the Mayor of Letcher that on the 14th day of June, 2009 the following rates will be established for water and sewer services:

Within City limits:
Minimum Water: $20.00
Minimum Sewer: $19.10
Water Use: $4.00 per thousand gallons used

Outside of City limits:
Minimum Water: $40.00
Minimum Sewer: $30.00
Water Use: $4.00 per thousand gallons used

Shut off and turn on within or out of city limits will be $25.00 each.

All future rate changes will be enforced by a resolution.

Finance charges may be amended as necessary with full consent as the board deems necessary to ensure a positive cash flow.
