Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Moody, Knutson, Ackman, and Hohbach in attendance.  Other visitors included Ed Blindauer, Kiner Construction, and Jim Howard.

Eddie Blindauer discussed the extension of water and sewer to accommodate his new construction.  Jim Howard discussed a task force that he is organizing.  Replacement of water shut offs was discussed with Kiner Construction.

Reports: W/S: Hohbach informed the board of a shut off that needs replacing

Street: Knutson will contact Mentele in regards to blading and gravel needs

Financial Reports were not presented due to lack of bank statements

Grounds: Breakdown of wages from experience works to regular hire was presented

125th Celebration – next meeting April 17th.  Insurance will cover gym rental.  A mirror has been donated for the raffle.

A motion by Knutson, 2nd Moody, to approve the minutes of the March 19 board meeting as read was made.
