Mayor Chada called the meeting to order following the equalization meeting.

A motion by Moody, 2nd Knutson, carried, to approve the “Brown Bag” permit for the Letcher Volunteer Fire Department on April 5, 2008.

A motion by Knutson, 2nd Moody, carried, to approve the Lease with the Legion for 2008.

Ackman informed the board that Lindsey Miller and Tasha Moody will be running the concession stand again.

The Artesian CIA is advertising for coaches and we will split the cost.

Discussion was held on the need or lack of for a maintenance person.  Ackman was instructed to place ads around town and in the Sanborn Weekly Journal with applications due April 3, 2008.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
