Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hohbach, Ackman, Hoffman, and Knutson in attendance. D VanOverschelde and A Fridley also attended.

Reports:

W/S: Hohbach informed us of the states urging to dump lagoons as soon as possible in preparation of the spring thaw. The board was informed of Davison Rural Water annual meeting and SD Rural Water Association dues.

LCDF/LEAD: Fridley and VanOverschelde discussed a request from LCDF regarding signage for Rossy Park. They have a meeting on April 5th at 6:30 pm. Alumni weekend was also discussed. LCDF will meet with community members who have already made some plans.

LSY: We are working to gather numbers for the ball teams with the CIA.

Financial reports presented were approved with a motion from Knutson and 2nd from Hoffman.

Minutes of the February meeting were approved with a motion from Hoffman, 2nd Knutson.

Old Business: Ackman sent street closure information to Bucher for further direction.

There will be no election due to lack of petitions. Knutson will continue to serve on the board.

New Business: A motion to approve the transfer request for liquor licenses belonging to Buckshots Roadhouse (RB 2948, PL 47040, and RL 5293) to Buckshots Roadhouse LLC was made by Hoffman, 2nd Knutson.

The board was presented with a request from the Letcher Volunteer Fire Department for a brown bag permit in conjunction with their annual poker tournament. A motion was made by Knutson, 2nd Hoffman to approve the request.

The board was informed of a complaint regarding dogs at large. Ackman will include another reminder in the water bills.

The board will meet March 24th as a board of equalization. The next regular meeting will be held on April 4th.
