Moody called the meeting to order with Knutson and Ackman in attendance.  L Blindauer visited with the board regarding some drainage issues.

Reports:
W/S: No complaints have been heard on the increased finance charges.  Hohbach has ordered meters that are supposed to be “pit” friendly.
Streets: Drainage issues were discussed and the need for watching for problems with spring moisture.
Financial Reports – were very general and the board will be presented with complete ones at the March 17th meeting.
Grounds: H Steinmetz and S Fouberg have both requested to be employed by the city for summer help.  Tabled until the 17th.
Horizons – the board was given upcoming meeting dates.

A motion by Moody, 2nd Knutson, carried to approve the February minutes.

Old Business: A plan from J Fouberg was given to the board for the installation of a grill and fire pit at Rossy Park.  The cost is yet to be determined with the board paying for materials and Fouberg charging a minimal amount for labor.

Discussion was held on the pot holes on the east end of Main.  Hohbach had said that he was going to purchase some hot mix and repair some time ago.

New Business: The board will meet as a board of equalization on March 17th.

Communications from SDML, Legislative Dinner, and Davison Rural Water meetings were shared with the board.
