Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Letcher Town Board on January 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Letcher Community Center. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the vacating of Iowa Street between Block 21 and 22, original plat of Letcher; the vacating of of Railway Avenue between Block 22 and the railroad property owned by BNSF, original plat; and the vacating of Wisconsin Street between Block 22 and the unplatted portion of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of 15-105-61, original plat of Letcher as petitioned by property owners.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
